Bienvenidos al 1er Campeonato de España

El 1er Campeonato de España de Tantrix, al fin es una realidad, ya tenemos nuestro propio torneo, y dentro de unos meses tendremos a nuestro primer campeón oficial.

El torneo está previsto que comience el 20 de Octubre y termine el 14 de Diciembre. Es un torneo abierto a todos los jugadores españoles.

El formato constará de una primera fase de grupos de 3-4 semanas de duración que darán los clasificados para la segunda fase de KO.

Desde aquí queremos animaros a todos a participar y a comentarlo con todos los jugadores que conozcáis para que este 1er Campeonato de España sea todo un éxito. Cuantos más seamos mejor lo pasaremos.

Informaciones para los participantes

Quien puede jugar?

El Campeonato de España está abierto a todos los jugadores de nacionalidad española.

 Formato del torneo:

 Primera fase: fase de 4 semanas de duración donde seguraramente habrá dos grupos (si hay menos de 16 participantes), donde cada participante deberá jugar 3 partidas contra cada oponenete. En el caso de llegar a 16 participantes esta fase constaría de 4 grupos de 4 y se jugarían 4 partidas contra cada oponente.

Segunda fase: Los 8 clasificados de la primera fase jugarán en formato de eliminatoria directa (6 partidas + posible tie break). Cada eliminatoria durará entre 7 y 9 días.

 Reglamento:

Se aplicarán las reglas estandard que se aplican para todos los torneos. El tiempo límite por jugador es de 15 minutos en cada partida, existiendo una penalización de 1 pto por cada minuto que sobrepase los 15.

All games played will count towards the Tantrix Tournament Elo Ratings which are the main factor in deciding seedings for future tournaments. See the Elo seeding list page for details, but please note that you do NOT need to have an Elo rating in order to enter.

Importante:

1.) Antes de registrarse para el torneo se debe completar los datos en el perfil de jugador y proporcionar una dirección de email válida, ya que toda la comunicación con los demás jugadores debe hacerse a través de email.

2.) Dado que será el primer torneo para algunos de vosotros, podéis escribir un mail a torneostantrix@hotmail.com para resolver cualquier duda sobre el torneo.

Boring but important ...

1) We have to reserve the right to default and/or ban at our discretion people whom we have very good reason to think are either cheating or not making an effort to arrange a match, even if (given the nature of the Internet) we cannot prove it. We will not, however, abuse this right - in previous tournaments it has only been very rarely necessary to make use of it and we very much hope that will continue to be the case.

2) We have had two instances in the last four years of people using different names to enter the World Championship more than once in the same year. This is grossly unfair to the other players so, in order to protect the integrity of the major Tantrix tournaments and to be fair to the vast majority of players who are honest, we reserve the right to request evidence of identity from participants during the tournament if this is felt to be necessary at any stage and to disqualify anyone who cannot prove that they are who they say they are if requested to do so. This is unlikely to affect you, but you need to be aware of this possibility before entering.

3) If you enter, please ensure that emails from tournaments@tantrix.co.uk and auto@tantrix.co.uk (and, once the tournament starts, emails from your AC and opponents) will not be blocked under any circumstances. This is because if we are unable to contact you by email for an extended period, we may have to default you out of the competition and this may lead to a ban from future tournaments.

4) If you enter this tournament, please ensure that you have anti-virus software that is updated regularly on the computer you use to email your opponents.
