If you know the percentage of possible tournament points you scored against another player or you know your percentage TP score for a whole tournament, find your TP % score in the following table and add the rating points in the Diff. column to the average ranking of your opponents to find your Elo rating for that match/tournament. Remember that this rating will be averaged into your previous rating to obtain your new published rating.
