Britta Steude (NZL) is the new Pacific Tantrix Champion, winning the final against Bevan Chong (NZL) by just 60.3-59.7 TPs. Andrew Swan (AUS) came 3rd with a win against Murray Pharaoh (NZL), the defending champion. Full results can be found using the links below.

Now that we have separate Australian and New Zealand Championships, this year's Pacific Championship was a new-style short 'Masters' type knockout event involving just ten players - the defending champion Murray Pharaoh (NZL), the top four in the NZ, the top three in the Australian and the two NZ-based Tantrix pros. This tournament will be called the Trans-Tasman Championship from next year, and the Tantrix pros will neither be excluded from the NZ Championship nor given automatic places in this event.
