| 1st-3rd in each Phase 1 group advanced to the 'T' groups in Phase 2, with the top two in each 'T' group qualifying for the Final, the next two for the 7th-12th place division, etc.
Similarly, 4th-6th in each Phase 1 group advanced to the 'X' groups in Phase 2, with the top two in each 'X' group qualifying for the 19th-24th place division and so on.
