The new U18 column shows those players eligible for the prize for the highest scoring young player and the new Low column shows those players eligible
for the prize for the highest scoring player with a low rating/ranking, which means an Elo rating (PRE downward adjustment for seeding purposes) of less
than 1750 AND a lobby ranking of less than 850, just to make absolutely sure that it is limited to those with the least chance of a top three place overall

* As many of you know, Rob is red/green colourblind and can only play with a set that does not have red and green links on it. He has had two sets painted
with white links (very nicely - you can see one such set here ), one with white replacing red and one with white replacing green. Thus, when Rob plays white
his opponent will always be able to play with his/her own first choice colour. I have ruled that Rob can take part on this basis. If anyone has a reasonable
objection, or believes that there are issues linked to this that I have not considered (by which I mean issues that could conceivably come up during the
tournament, not things that are only hypothetical) please let me know before the closing date. To be fair to Rob, after that I will assume you are all happy
with this arrangement and I will not accept complaints or adverse comments about it on the day.
